 Beautifully
Me, LLC Proprietress TaMara Dillard is a
certified aerobics and fitness instructor with background training in
numerous types of movement and dance including pole dancing, exotic
movement, ballet, modeling, gymnastics, theater, creative dance, and yoga.
In the summer of 2005, TaMara opened Beautifully Me, LLC. Beautifully Me is
a professional upscale company dedicated to consistently creating
experiences to empower women with the knowledge and skills necessary to
embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-love, and self-efficacy.
TaMara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Life Education (Spring
Arbor University) and a Master of Science degree in Education
with a specialization in the Art of Teaching (Johns
Hopkins University). She is currently pursuing a PhD in
Counseling Psychology. TaMara has extensive background training and
experience in the field of HIV/AIDS and other STIs. A published author, she
has developed four successful curriculum designed to empower women and youth
with the skills and knowledge necessary to make safer and healthier
decisions. In addition, TaMara has published two poetry books: Love….The
eXperience & Dandelions, Butterflies & Shard Glass. |
